How do I order?

Ordering from is easy. See something you want? Simply add it to your shopping bag by clicking the "add to shopping bag" button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on "view bag" to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you're finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button, where you'll fill out your billing and shipping information.

How can I pay? accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also complete your order through PayPal. Our servers are completely secure with McAfee so you don't have to worry about submitting your credit card number over the Internet. Your credit card won't be processed until you've confirmed your total amount. If we encounter a problem with your card, you will be notified immediately. To place an order using a gift card, gift certificate or a store credit, you will need to call us at 1-888-905-1280 Monday thru Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST and ask to place a manual order.

How long will it take to receive my order? will make every attempt to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Occasionally, we may require more time to locate a particular item, in which case we will contact you. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped varies depending on USPS shipping timelines.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can track your order by logging in to your Current Boutique account and navigating to your Order History. Click on the order you would like to track and click the “Tracking #” link provided in the “Shipping Method” column and you will be directed to a USPS tracking page with tracking information regarding your order.

Note: Once your order is shipped, Current Boutique will notify you by email (the email will also contain a tracking number).

Orders shipping within the continental U.S.:

  • Orders should be delivered by your local post office within 3-8 business days from the day the order leaves our facilities. If you have not received your order within that timeframe, please contact us.

  • Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska and Guam:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with limited tracking information and should be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your order within that timeframe, please contact us. If your order has still not arrived 6 weeks after the estimated shipping date, Current Boutique will offer a full refund to the original form of payment.

    Please keep in mind that carries styles from around the world and the fit of each piece may vary depending on its country of origin. Size charts are also available on each and every product description page. Please refer to our size chart as a general guideline.

    How do I return an item I purchased through

    Our Hassle-Free Online Return Policy applies only to online purchases made through Please note that all sales at our Current Boutique retail stores are final sale.

    FINAL SALES: All sales of bags, accessories, gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. If you return a Final Sale item to, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

    For all other items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with all tags attached, intact and no visible signs of additional wear. If you return an item to that does not meet all the criteria, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

    Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

    LATE RETURNS: If you return items to that are considered late and are past the allotted time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

    RETURNS: If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund per the following guidelines:

    When returning items, include the packing slip you received in your shipment. You have 14 days from the day your package was received to return your items. Your returned package must be postmarked by the 14th day in order to receive a refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package if possible.

    To request a return, log in to your Current Boutique account and navigate to your Order History. Select the item you would like to return and click the “Request a Return” button to the right. Current Boutique will provide you a shipping label or you can use your own postage. A non-refundable $5.99 fee is charged on returns that use Current Boutique postage.

    How long until I see the credit to my credit card?

    When we receive the package, will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the order. We only pay return shipping if the original shipment was sent damaged, defective, incorrect color, size or style. Please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.


    How do I sell with Current Boutique?

  • In Store
  • No appointment Needed. Visit one of our 4 locations and a store member will review your items to determine which items will be accepted for consigment. After review, all consignors are asked to complete our Consignment Agreement and Listing Form describing the items you are consigning. For a speedy "in-and-out" process, feel free to drop off your items with both Consignment Agreement and Listing Forms completed and we'll take care of the rest. Any items that we do not accept for consignment will be donated.

  • Mail In
  • If you don’t have time to visit a store or you don’t live near one, you can request a pre-paid shipping label here. List your items in our Listing Form and fill out our Consignment Agreement. Drop your items along with completed forms in the mail. Once your package is received, we will process your items and contact you within 48 hours. Items we do not accept for consignment will be donated.

  • In Home
  • An In home consignment appointment is available to you if you have at least 50 or more items to consign. A majority of items must be high-end brands: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Kate Spade, etc. If you believe you qualify for this service please email Please include the following in your email:

  • How do I reclaim an unsold consignment item?

    Current Boutique does not return unsold items. However, if your piece sells after the 90-day period consignment period, you will receive the same 50% consignment cash out.

    How do I adjust the selling price of my consignment item?

    Current Boutique determines the selling price and any price adjustments for all consignment items.

    What are you looking for?

    Our inventory is highly curated, we consider quality, fabric, style and condition of each item. Current Boutique looks for natural fabrics cotton, linen, silk, cashmere and wool-among others. We carefully inspect leather goods, gemstones, gold and sterling silver fine jewelry pieces for authenticity. We are looking for nearly new pre-loved items. Our buyers are experts at detecting imperfections as all items are triple checked for blemishes, stains, piling and tears. Our customers expect the best and we want to deliver!

    How much will I earn for my clothing?

    Current Boutique splits the selling price 50/50 for all items sold.

    How do I cash out and receive my payment?

    As soon as 90 days after you consign your items, you are eligible to cash out your account balance. There are two ways to cash out your account balance:

  • Online
  • Log in to your Current Boutique account and navigate to your Check My Balance page. If your account has a balance, the amount will be listed above the “Cash Out” button. Click the “Cash Out” button and we’ll add your request to our check processing queue. Current Boutique processes checks every 14 days and your account page will update once your check has been mailed.

  • In Store
  • Walk in or call one of our 4 locations and a store member will check your account balance and submit your cash out request. Current Boutique processes check every 14 days.

    Can I use my account balance to shop on

    How do I change or reset my password?

    To edit/change your password, log in to your Current Boutique account and navigate to your Profile page. Enter a new password in the “Password” box and the “Confirm Password” box and click save.

    If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the account login page. Enter your Current Boutique account email address and click submit. Current Boutique will send you an email with a link that will allow you to securely change your account password

    How do I get on the mailing list?

    Join our email list to hear about new happenings, features and products, as well as special promotions. All you have to do to register is enter your email address and sign up. We'll keep you wired into all the late breaking fashion news!

    How do I update my information?

    To change your name, billing or shipping address, or phone number, log into your Current Boutique account at the top of every page on the website. Navigate to your Profile page and change any field listed.

    How do I unsubscribe from emails and alerts?

    Log in to your Current Boutique account and navigate to your Email Lists page. Uncheck every box next to a list you want to unsubscribe from and click submit.
