SHIPPING

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship via USPS to street addresses in the U.S, and to many international destinations. We ship every Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you can track your order by logging in to your Current Boutique account and navigating to your Order History. Click on the order you would like to track and click the “Tracking #” link provided in the “Shipping Method” column and you will be directed to a USPS tracking page with tracking information regarding your order.

We will send an email notification, including tracking information, when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE
Our packages are secured directly by USPS. For orders valued less than $200, no signature is required unless requested by the customer.

SALES TAX
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Generally, all products except fine jewelry and watches are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. In some instances, items that include fur and items that include reptile or other skins may not be lawfully imported into the destination country. The customer must ensure the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

DELIVERY TIME AND FEES
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the continental U.S. should arrive within 4-8 business days if there are no customs delays. Shipments are charged a flat rate of $20 per order to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, and $30 per order to all other countries outside of the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All items that are returnable within the U.S, per our return policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. We may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

HASSLE-FREE ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Our Hassle-Free Online Return Policy applies only to online purchases made through www.currentboutique.com. Please note that all sales at our Current Boutique retail stores are final sale.

FINAL SALES
All sales of bags, accessories, gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. If you return a Final Sale item to currentboutique.com, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

For all other items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with all tags attached, intact and no visible signs of additional wear. If you return an item to www.currentboutique.com that does not meet all the criteria, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

LATE RETURNS
If you return items to currentboutique.com that are considered late and are past the allotted time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

RETURNS
If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.currentboutique.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund per the following guidelines:

You have 14 days from the date received to return all regular price merchandise to www.currentboutique.com.

When returning items, include the packing slip you received in your shipment. You have 14 days from the day your package was received to return your items. Your returned package must be postmarked by the 14th day in order to receive a refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package if possible.

To request a return, log in to your Current Boutique account and navigate to your Order History. Select the item you would like to return and click the “Request a Return” button to the right. Current Boutique will provide you a shipping label or you can use your own postage. A non-refundable $5.99 fee is charged on returns that use Current Boutique postage.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

CURRENT BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SENT BY CUSTOMER, THAT ARE DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN OR NOT FOUND.

International Customers Only: Please follow the above instructions for returning merchandise and be aware that you are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred due to package crossing international borders.
