Assistant Boutique Manager (Full-Time)
We are looking for a highly motivated, fashion-loving individual with extraordinary people-skills. Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include daytime, evening, weekends and holiday shifts. We offer a competitive salary, monthly bonus potential, and health benefits.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Learn, understand, and implement Current Boutique’s philosophy, management policies, and procedures
- Drive sales forward
- Maintain exemplary customer service
- Assist in the hiring, training, and motivation of a team of full and part time buyers and floor supervisors
- Be responsible for consignment intake and assist in the coordination of all consignment tasks, including training
- Assist in the maintenance of an internal and external environment that is in tune with the atmosphere of the store
- Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise
- Control and safeguard all store assets including: merchandise/inventory, cash, fixture and display material
- Assist in the properly maintenance of staffing requirements • Assist in overseeing all POS operations
- Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures in the store and POS system
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate (Some college/college graduate preferred)
- 1-2 years specialty retail experience preferred
- 1 year retail management experience
- Service and sales related experience/exposure
- A flare for fashion is a MUST!
- Experience in customer service

Boutique Sales Lead (Part-Time)
